Pravinbhai Bajaniya resides in Gujarwada village of Sami block in Patan. Pravinbhai operates  a tea-stall on the outskirts of his village. Money is scarce hence the need to repair his cart and upgrade to a gas stove remained a distant dream for Pravinbhai. 

Pravinbhai had been aware of the ‘interest-free loan program’ by VSSM, he also was in touch with our teammate  Mohanbhai. He requested  a loan of Rs. 20,000 to enable him carry out the repairs of his tea stall and purchase an LPG connection. With the loan Pravinbhai  undertook the necessary repairs of his tea-cart and improvised the services at his tea-stall with installing some benches and tables for his customers. Now with the access  of LPG the soaring expense  of kerosene has come down,  allowing Pravinbhai to save Rs. 200 (a good amount of his earnings) daily. The amount is deposited in the bank near his place of work. This is a decent sum for someone belonging to such marginalised community.

We are extremely grateful to the individuals and institutions who have been instrumental in bringing such change in the lives of these extremely poor families. Its a daily joy we experience as we witness the positive changes in the lives of these families with loan amounts as less as Rs. 5,000…

vssmમાંથી લોન લઈને પ્રવિણભાઈ બજાણિયા દૈનિય રુા.200ની બચત કરતા થયા.

પાટણના સમી તાલુકાના ગુજરવાડાગામમાં રહેતા પ્રવિણભાઈ બજાણિયા સમીમાં ચાની લારી ચલાવે. આર્થિક સગવડ એટલી નહીં એટલે કેરોસીનવાળા સ્ટવ પર ચા બનાવે. વળી લારીની મરમ્મત કરવાનો વિચાર આવે પણ કરી શકાય તેવી સગવડ નહોતી.

vssmના કાર્યકર મોહનભાઈના પરિચયમાં પ્રવિણભાઈ ખરા. વળી સંસ્થા દ્વારા વગર વ્યાજની લોન મળે છે તે વિગતોની માહિતી પણ પ્રવિણભાઈને ખરી. એમણે લારીમાં થોડો સુધારો કરવા તથા ગેસ સીલીન્ડર ખરીદવા માટે સંસ્થામાંથી રુા. 20,000ની લોન આપવા કહ્યું. લોન લઈને પ્રવિણભાઈએ લારીમાં સુધારો કર્યો. સાથે સાથે ગ્રાહકોને બેસવા માટે ટેબલ, ખુરશીની વ્યવસ્થા પણ કરી. કેરોસીનનો ખર્ચ ખૂબ થતો ગેસના કારણે તેમાં ઘડાટો થયો. લારીમાં સુધારો કર્યો એટલે તેમાં નાસ્તો પણ રાખવાનું થવા માંડ્યું. હવે આવક સારી થાય છે. 

પ્રવિણભાઈની લારીની બાજુમાં જ બેંક છે. જેમાં પ્રવિણભાઈ દરરોજના રુા.200 જમા કરાવતા થયા છે. આમ બચત પણ સારી એવી થવા માંડી છે. 

ખુબ નાની નાની રકમની લોનથી લોકોના જીવનમાં કેવો સરસ બદલાવ આવી શકે છે તે અમે દરરોજ અનુભવીએ છે. આવા સરસ કામમાં મદદરૃપ થવા માટે સંસ્થા સાથે સંકળાયેલા સૌ શુભેચ્છકોના માધ્યમથી નિમિત્ત બનવાનું થયું તે માટે સૌના આભારી છીએ.
