“Ben, the organisation’s money comes with noble intent it is pious money. My business was in doldrums; I was clueless if it would ever come back to its former glory. I have been associated with VSSM’s work for a very long time, but requesting for personal support did not seem right. But the team sensed my worries, Naranbhai and Ishwarbhai asked me to fill-up the form for our interest-free loan program. I received a loan of Rs. 30,000 which I used as capital to stock up products. Gradually, things became falling in place. Today, both my wife and I have separate kiosks and operate from separate locations in Shihori bazaar. I also own a loading rickshaw now. Life is back to normal, it is good. VSSM helped the Kangasiya community find economic stability and a better standard of living in Saurashtra, I wish to do the same here.” Bhagubhai Kangasiya from Shihori is an extremely committed community leader, he has associated with many of our activities and remains eager to help us whenever we call for support.
Rs. 30,000 is not a big amount, but it has the potential to change someone’s life for good. And that is important to us.
Bhagubhai, Ravjibhai, Khodubhai, Chetanbhai many feel that the loan money from VSSM is pious and will bring them prosperity. They may not need any more support from VSSM but before venturing into any new initiative, they request for a token loan from VSSM. “You don’t need Rs. 5,000 -10,000 from VSSM!” we would tell them. “That money is one which will help us thrive, we need a little bit of it to blend with our money,” they would reply.
In fact, it is about faith, and for many like Bhagubhai that faith has paid off.

'બને સંસ્થાનો પૈસો બરકતનો. મારો ધંધો સાવ બેસી ગયેલો. ફરી બેઠા થવાશે કે નહીં એની ચિંતા હતી. સંસ્થા સાથે આમ તો હું સંકળાયેલો પણ સંસ્થા પાસે મદદ માંગતા જીભ ન ઉપડે.. પણ આપણા કાર્યકરો બધુ સમજી જાય. નારણભાઈ અને ઈશ્વરભાઈ મારી મૂંઝવણ સમજ્યા અને લોનનું ફોર્મ ભરવા કહ્યું. 30,000 મળ્યા ને મે મારા ધંધામાં સમાનનો ઉમેરો થયો. ધીમે ધીમે ગાડી પાડે ચડી ગઈ. આજે મારી ઘરવાળી અને હું બેય શિહોરી બજારમાં અલગ અલગ પથારો કરીને બેસીએ છીએ. મારે ઘરની ટેમ્પો રીક્ષા પણ થઈ ગઈ. હવે ખુબ સારુ છે.. મારી ઈચ્છા છે સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં જેમ સંસ્થાની મદદથી કાંગસિયા સમાજ પગભર થયો એમ અહીંયા પણ થાય..'
ભગુભાઈ અમારા નિષ્ઠાવન આગેવાન.. અમે કોઈ પણ કામ ચિંધ્યે એ કરવા તેઓ હંમેશાં તત્પર...
ત્રીસ હજાર બહુ મોટી રકમ નથી પણ એ રકમથી કોઈની જીંદગી પાટે ચડી જાય એ વાત અમારે મન મહત્વની.
ભગુભાઈ, રવજીભાઈ, ખોડુભાઈ, ચેતનભાઈ વગેરે જેવા કેટલાયના મતે સંસ્થાનો પૈસો બરકતનો પૈસો. ઘણાના ધંધા તો સરસ રીતે સેટ થઈ ગયા છે.
તેમને હવે VSSM ના એક રૃપિયાની જરૃર નથી છતાં તેમના નવા સાહસમાં એ સંસ્થામાંથી ટોકન રકમ માંગે. અમે કહીએ હવે 5,000 કે 11,000ની લોનની તમને ક્યાં જરૃર છે? ત્યારે એ કહે, સંસ્થાનો પૈસો બરકતનો એ અમારા ધંધામાં ભળે તો અમારી ગાડી નીકળી પડે..
મુળ વાત શ્રદ્ધાની છે.. ને ભગુ જેવા ઘણાની નિષ્ઠાથી એમની શ્રદ્ધા ફળી પણ છે..
અમારા આ પરિવારોને લોન આપવામાં મદદરૃપ થનાર સૌ સ્વજનોનો આભાર તેમના થકી જ આ બધાના જીવનમાં બદલાવ આવી શક્યો છે.
